| Long description | Florida based P&C carrier is looking for an experienced Claims Counsel to join their staff in Jacksonville FL. This is a highly visible position which will provide a variety of legal services to their staff. The primary responsibilities will be providing advice to claims staff on legal matters including policy coverage, legal research and compliance with existing laws and regulations. Candidate must have a JD degree and admissions to Florida Bar is required along with strong technical knowledge of insurance claims and policy forms.
